EMC Finance is an Australian finance and mortgage broking business that helps clients compare and secure lending solutions tailored to their goals – whether that’s buying a first home, refinancing for a better rate, building an investment portfolio, or arranging funding for a business. Led by Director and Principal Broker Ed McInerney, EMC Finance focuses on making the loan process clear and stress-free, providing straightforward explanations, detailed analysis, and guidance from application through to settlement.
With more than a decade of experience in finance, Ed works closely with clients to understand their priorities (repayments, flexibility, features, timeframes, and long-term plans) and to structure loans accordingly. Support doesn’t stop at settlement – EMC Finance also offers ongoing assistance and reviews to help ensure the loan remains competitive as circumstances change.
Ed has lived in the Dandenong Ranges for over 35 years, bringing strong local knowledge alongside Australia-wide service. He also operates from an office space in Ringwood.
