Warburton Water World is a free, family-friendly water play park in the Yarra Ranges, operating from September to April. It’s located at 20 Woods Point Road, Warburton, next to the Warburton Caravan Park. If you’re driving from Melbourne/Lilydale, you’ll find it on the right after the Mount Donna Buang turnoff as you head toward East Warburton. There’s no booking system, and parking is limited, so it can get busy on warm days.
Children should be supervised at all times and encouraged to use equipment suited to their age and ability. The play area closest to the caravan park admin building is designed for younger children, while the section further away (including the giant slide) is better suited to older kids. The water play area is suitable for all ages. Please note that on days of an Extreme Fire Danger Rating, the water jets will not operate.
