With our tailored Pilates classes, we’re here to show you that staying active can be both enjoyable and rewarding! Our chair-based Pilates sessions are designed for everyone, regardless of experience or fitness level, ensuring that you can participate comfortably.
Not only will you be getting fit, but you’ll also have the chance to meet new friends and engage with a vibrant, supportive community.
And the best part? Our classes are donation-based, allowing you to contribute what you can while prioritizing your well-being.

- Monday 10:30 – 11:15 AM: Over 50s @ Monbulk Living & Learning Centre
- Tuesday 12:30 – 1:15 PM: Over 50s @ Tecoma Uniting Church
- Friday 10:00 – 10:45 AM: Over 50s @ Cockatoo Seniors Hall
